Heavy-Duty Materials Built for Repeat Use

We recognize that the quality of your markings depends entirely on the durability of your stencil. That is why we avoid fragile, single-use plastics, choosing instead to focus on industrial-grade materials that can withstand heavy paint applications and easy cleanup.

• 1.4mm Polypropylene: Highly flexible, lightweight, and synthetic. Ideal for standard, repeat-use markings on flat or slightly curved surfaces.
• 3.0mm Polypropylene: Recommended for larger stencils due to the extra rigidity. It is also the preferred standard for professional line marking contractors who require a lay-flat template that resists wind lift and heavy overspray.
• Thicker Polypropylene & Custom Metals: We can supply polypropylene in thicknesses greater than 3.0mm on request. For projects requiring high-strength and maximum durability, we also manufacture stencils from high-grade sheet aluminium.
• 100% Recycled & Eco-Friendly: To support sustainable manufacturing practices, our standard synthetic polypropylene stencils are made from 100% recycled materials and are fully recyclable at the end of their lifespan.

Precision CNC Technology & In-House Digital Design

Every stencil we produce is cut using precision CNC routing technology in our Bayswater facility. However, a quality stencil begins long before the physical cutting process:

• Expert CAD Bridging: Our in-house CNC design specialists review your artwork, logos, or typography to design stable, robust “bridging”—the small connections that keep the centers of letters (like “O” or “A”) and complex designs physically attached to the template.
• Multi-Colour, Layered Stencils: For multi-colour paint designs, we divide your artwork into distinct, layered templates. This allows users to apply each paint colour sequentially with high accuracy and registration.
• Expert Human Guidance: If you are unsure which material thickness, size, or bridging layout is best for your project, our design team is available to guide you from concept to finished product.
